Through our ministry of Church Planting in Pakistan, we established the first Pentecostal church in Dina city, Jhelum district, Pakistan. After equipping a leader, he began gathering families at his house and supported our local pastor with resources, including Bibles, children’s materials, and welfare services  for the community. Unveiling the Legacy of Church Planting in Pakistan through the Church in Seowal!

The founding of the Good Samaritan Church in Seowal, district Sialkot, is attributed to the vision and dedication of Dr. Naeem Nasir during the early stages of his ministry. Seowal holds special significance as Dr. Nasir’s native town, where he was born and nurtured. Growing up, his aspiration was to erect a place of worship in his hometown, a passion shared by his family, given his father’s role as a Christian headmaster in a government high school within the vicinity. In 1999, the family relocated to Lahore, while his father chose to remain in Seowal. Dr. Nasir commenced his ministry in 2009 and later refined his Biblical training during his visit to the USA in 2011, culminating in his return to Pakistan in 2015. Tragically, his father passed away in 2014.

Upon returning to Seowal, Dr. Nasir embarked on preaching The Gospel, procured land for the church, and constructed a vibrant place of worship. His unwavering passion for Church Planting in Pakistan resonates profoundly within the community, embodying a vision that knows no bounds.

Transforming Lives:

Church Planting in Pakistan

Church Planting in Pakistan has the profound impact of transforming lives through the teachings of Jesus and the Gospel. By establishing new churches, individuals are presented with opportunities for spiritual growth, renewal, and personal transformation. The influence of church planting initiatives extends beyond religious practice, offering a pathway for individuals to experience a life-altering encounter with the transformative message of Jesus Christ.

Understanding the Biblical Concept of the Church

From a biblical point of view, a church is not just a physical building, but a gathering of believers who are united through their faith in Jesus Christ. The church is described in the Bible as the body of Christ, with Christ as its head. It is a community of individuals who have been called out of the world to live for God and serve one another in love. The purpose of the church is to worship and glorify God, to proclaim the Good News of salvation through Jesus, and to make disciples of all nations.

It is a place of fellowship, prayer, teaching, and encouragement, where believers are equipped for ministry and supported in their spiritual growth. The church is also called to be a light in the world, demonstrating God’s love and righteousness to all people.
